One to one personal training sessions are available in my studio if you prefer this option to a class environment.
Or you could do personal training and classes for greater benefit.
I can tailor the sessions to suit your requiremnets, whether that is lose weight, to tone up or to increase your fitness levels.
I will encourage and support you throughout.
I will weigh and measure you weekly and this will help us to record your results and track your progress.
Also I will get you to fill out a weekly food diary which can be very beneficial for you to reach your goal.
